PTS-Solution ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to offering high-quality project management education. Because customer trust is essential to our mission, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on eligible training services purchased through our website and processed by Stripe. This policy outlines when customers may request a refund, how to do so, and what items are excluded from refunds. It is designed to be transparent and compliant with Stripe's requirement that merchants maintain fair refund policies.

1. Scope of the Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of PTS-Solution training courses, coaching sessions and related services that are paid for through our website using Stripe. It does not apply to physical goods or third-party services. By purchasing from us, you agree to abide by the terms below.

2. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Risk Reversal)

We want you to feel confident in your investment. If you are not satisfied with our training for any reason, you may cancel and request a full refund within 14 calendar days after first accessing our service. This period mirrors the European Union's consumer \"cooling-off\" period of 14 days. Requests made after 14 days are not eligible for a refund.

Eligibility

To qualify for a refund under this guarantee, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Timing: The request must be submitted within 14 days after you first access the course materials or attend your first live session.
  • Course completion: You must not have completed more than 30% of the course content. Completing quizzes, downloading all materials or obtaining a certificate may be considered full use and make the purchase ineligible for a refund.
  • Notification: You must contact us in writing via email at contact@pts-solution.com within the 14-day period. Include your order number, the course name and the reason for requesting a refund. We may ask for additional information to process your request.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Some items are exempt from our 14-day guarantee and are non-refundable due to the nature of digital content and external supplier policies:

  • Digital PMIĀ® materials and proprietary study guides: Once you have started downloading or streaming digital content after expressly agreeing to begin the service, EU consumer law notes that the right of withdrawal no longer applies. Because these materials are licensed from the Project Management Institute (PMIĀ®), we cannot recover costs for downloaded or accessed digital resources. Consequently, any PMIĀ® materials purchased through our service are final and non-refundable.
  • Certification exam fees or vouchers: Examination fees collected on behalf of PMIĀ® or other certification bodies are not controlled by PTS-Solution and therefore cannot be refunded through this policy. Contact the certification provider for their specific refund terms.
  • Completed courses: Courses where more than 30% of the content has been completed, or where you have already obtained a certificate or digital badge, are considered fully delivered services. Under EU law, fully delivered services that you expressly agreed to start immediately are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Submit your request: Send an email to contact@pts-solution.com with your full name, order number and the course or service you want to cancel.
  • Timing: The email must be received within 14 days of your first access. We recommend using the same email address you used during registration to help us verify your identity.
  • Processing: Once your request is validated, we will cancel your course access and initiate a refund through Stripe to the original payment method.
  • Refund timeline: Stripe generally submits refunds to your bank or card issuer immediately. However, banks may take 5-10 business days to post the refund to your account. We will notify you by email once the refund has been processed.

5. Partial Refunds and Fees

  • Partial refunds: If you cancel after partially attending a course (but within the 14-day window), we may issue a prorated refund based on the portion of the course you have not accessed.
  • Fees retained by Stripe: Stripe's processing fees from the original transaction are typically not returned to us. We do not charge additional administrative fees, but the net refund amount may reflect Stripe's non-refunded processing fees.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment card issuer before contacting us, we may suspend your account until the matter is resolved. Stripe's dispute process can be lengthy, so we encourage you to contact us first so we can work together on a speedy solution. Fully refunded payments are not subject to further disputes.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time to remain compliant with Stripe's requirements and applicable law. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
