Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PTS-Solution's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Description of Services

PTS-Solution provides project management training and certification preparation services, including:

• Project management training programs and courses
• Certification preparation and exam coaching
• Professional consulting and advisory services
• Educational materials and resources

User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and enrollment
• Maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary training materials
• Respect the intellectual property rights of PTS-Solution and third parties
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Payment Terms

Payment for services is due as specified in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to cancellation fees. No-shows will be charged the full service fee.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided by PTS-Solution are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

Limitation of Liability

PTS-Solution's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Moroccan law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
